Return and warranty

We do not sell spare parts separately without installation.
We do not give a warranty for the repair and further performance of household appliances when installing customer's spare parts.
All risks associated with the installation of customer parts are borne by the customer.
Warranty of parts performance from one to three months (depending on the manufacturer).
Technician's labor warranty is one month.
In the event of a warranty case, the customer has the right to apply for a refund.
Refunds are made after receiving a claim (call, email, text message), after which a second visit by a technician will be scheduled in order to establish the causes of the breakdown.
The return is carried out by any available method that satisfies both parties.
The refund can also be partial, in cases where the repair was carried out on several separate units or the refund concerns only the cost of individual parts.
The return does not apply to electronic control boards of household appliances, after their installation, the customer will be notified of this before receiving and approving a quote for repairs.
The return of payment for the work of a technician may be partial.
Service call fee is non-refundable.
All other cases of disputes that are not included in this list can be resolved by agreement of the parties, as well as by any other methods provided by law.
